The aim of the programme is raising technical staff capable of comprehending the fundamental aspects of art and combining the related attributions with textile materials and products and developing genuine creations while maintaining the individual aspects of their own personal qualities. Students receive both theoretical and practical education throughout the two year study period. Applicable subjects are predominantly taught in the fashion design atelier and the clothing workshops on the school premises.

The graduates can establish their own fashion houses or work at design departments of factories, clothing workshops, fashion houses, graphic design agencies or textile pattern ateliers.

At the end of the two year programme, students who accomplish the required higher education exam may continue their studies in the textile engineering, fashion and textile design departments.
